1st completed project for 2018. Bangkok Rak Stories : Kon Mee Sanae คนมีเสน่ห์ is now complete english subbed. Thanks to these hard-working folks that I’m able to quite consistently release an episode a day.

This have been fun to sub. I enjoyed the selection of songs featured in this series. And if you’ve been keeping tab of Thailand entertainment news, you’d probably get some of the references that they uses. Sometimes I find it hard to explain those references. For example, when Grandma Samorn was talking about J Jetrin and also that his son is handsome too… Jetrin is a popular pop star back in the 90s and his son Jaonaay just debut last year (If not mistaken) with hit single Kon La Chan. Now just in case you don’t know who they are. One of my favourite side character in this series, I believe a lot will be similar to me too, would be no other than Grandma Samorn. She’s young at heart. Fun loving with a passion for karaoke. And I’m touched and laughing at the same time at how she transformed to the Club Friday deejay P’Aoy and P’Chod in order to pry and also console her Grandchild. I was crying so hard in ep12 that I could barely sub during the hospital scene. Even after death, she’s able to make a come back to haunt her future grandson in law! Kekeke! She’s really a masterpiece! 😉

I’ve always like Gybzy Wanida ever since seeing her in club friday with Saipan and Golf Pichaya. This is my first time watching Jes Jespipat. Now for sure I’m going to check out his previous work and watch out for his future work too! He officially made it into my fave list! 😛 Well I hope you’ve enjoying laughing and crying together with me in this series. See you in the next project!
